Ingredients
- Tot tequila (optional)
- 60ml Slimsy 6% ruby grapefruit squash concentrate
- Grapefruit wedges
- 60ml Burtons soda water
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Course sea salt for the rim of the glass
Instructions
- Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of salt.
- Mix the tequila, Slimsy, and lime juice in a glass.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and top up with Burtons soda water.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge

Ingredients
- 1 cup Slimsy 6% passion fruit squash concentrate
- ¼ cup Slimsy 6% grapefruit squash concentrate
- 2 cups water
- ¼ cup passion fruit pulp
- ¼ tsp Xanthan gum
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until well combined, then transfer the mix into a tub.
- Cover with a lid & freeze.
- Once frozen, blend again in the food processor until semi-soft.
- Freeze the mix again.
- Blend the sorbet once more until mixture becomes smooth and creamy in colour.
- Freeze until solid.

Ingredients
- 750ml Namaqua lite crisp dry white wine (chilled)
- 3/4 cup Slimsy 6% lemon lime squash concentrate (frozen)
- 2 cups of water (500ml)
- 240g cranberries
- 1 orange, diced
- 1 lime, diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 litre Burtons soda water
Instructions
- Mix the water and cranberries in a saucepan.
- Cook this mixture on medium heat and stir until cranberries are soft, then leave to cool.
- Add Slimsy 6% lemon lime squash concentrate in a jug. Stir in the diced fruit, reserved cranberries, and soda water.
- Serve the drink over ice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup Slimsy mixed berry ice tea concentrate
- ½ cup water
- ¾ tsp Agar Agar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a pan.
- Bring to a boil and stir until well combined.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer for 5 min.
- Transfer into a bowl & refrigerate for 10 min.
- Remove from the fridge and mix with a fork to break up the jelly.
